A Lesson from "Johnny the Bagger"

Yesterday I said that if your customers aren’t telling their friends about your business, you need to find out why. “My  business is too ordinary” isn’t an excuse here. It’s true that most of us don’t tell our friends about something as simple as a trip to the grocery store, but if that experience is memorable enough, we might.
